In this crucial role, the Lead Hand Production Associate is responsible for overseeing product quality and machine efficiency. You will pack lids and containers, monitor for defects, and keep accurate documentation. Emphasis is placed on compliance with company standards while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check product quality regularly before packing

• Pack products accurately into labeled bins

• Document the quantity of products packed per shift

• Sweep and maintain a clean workstation

• Report hazards and machine issues to the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Basic math and computer skills required

• Attention to detail and color differentiation

• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly

• Experience with quality control is an asset
