Position: Lead Hand Production Associate Role
Ensure top quality production as a Lead Hand Production Associate. This role involves operation oversight, quality checks, and efficient packing in a production environment.

In this essential position, you will oversee machine operations while maintaining quality of lids and containers. The Lead Hand works closely with the Shift Supervisor to report any defects and ensures compliance with the Cube Management System (CMS). Attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack manufactured products efficiently while maintaining quality

• Verify product quality and report defects to supervisor

• Follow Cube Management System standards

• Maintain a clean and safe workstation

• Print boxes and labels as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Proficient in basic math and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting 30lbs
