Position: Full-Time Plant Technician

In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Plant Work and be responsible for vital tasks throughout the plant work cycle. Your duties will encompass all aspects from transplanting and harvesting to maintaining growth records and monitoring irrigation systems. This position is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to a goal-driven organization in the exciting cannabis sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out transplanting and harvesting of cannabis flowers

• Sanitize grow and trim rooms between production cycles

• Inspect plants regularly for pests or diseases

• Maintain accurate records of growth stages and treatments

• Trim and prepare flowers for packaging under industry standards

Requirements:

• Experience in horticulture or agriculture preferred

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet physical demands

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Adherence to health and safety protocols
