As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will be part of a dedicated team crafting delectable baked goods from scratch. The role emphasizes learning through an extensive training program while engaging in daily responsibilities such as recipe following, mixing, and baking. Key Responsibilities:
• Start each day by baking products fresh each morning
• Follow recipes and accurately mix baking ingredients
• Shape and process dough through our ovens
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service
Requirements:
• Must be a morning person with shifts starting at 2 AM
• Own transportation is necessary for early shifts
• Positive outlook and strong urgency in tasks
• Good organizational skills valued
• Willingness to learn; prior baking experience is an advantage
