Become a key player as a Production Associate in Aurora, Ontario, ensuring product quality and efficient packing in a full-time role. This position offers 12-hour rotating shifts and requires attention to detail.
The Production Associate will be responsible for maintaining machine operation and product quality. Key tasks include packing lids and containers, checking for defects, and ensuring compliance with the Cube Management System. Candidates should bring strong communication skills and basic math knowledge to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pack manufactured products accurately across shifts
• Monitor quality of products, identifying defects promptly
• Weight and document packed products for inventory
• Clean and maintain workstations effectively
• Notify supervisors about any issues or hazards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Physical capability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must have reliable transportation to Aurora
