Position: Afternoon Production Shift Manager Role
Lead the production of pharmaceuticals at Piramal Pharma Solutions as an Afternoon Production Shift Manager. Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards while driving team performance and production efficiency.

As the Production Shift Manager, you will oversee the operational workflow for active ingredients, ensuring safe practices according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Key skills include monitoring batch processing, managing shift activities, and fostering a safety-first culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign shift targets for production team members

• Monitor batch processing according to Standard Operating Procedures

• Promote adherence to health and safety protocols

• Conduct root cause analysis on safety incidents

• Lead daily site meetings to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Experience in managing pharmaceutical production teams

• Knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance

• Proven leadership in performance management

• Ability to conduct investigations for non-conformances
