Key Responsibilities:
• Implement care plans guided by Registered Nurse collaboration
• Direct and oversee Personal Support Workers on the care team
• Report significant changes in residents’ conditions to physicians
• Participate in daily shift reports and team meetings
• Collaborate with external health care professionals for enhanced care
Requirements:
• Must hold a current College of Nurses Certificate of Competence
• Background in geriatric and long-term care
• Familiarity with relevant care regulations and acts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dedication to delivering exceptional resident care
