Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Registered Nurses to implement nursing procedures

• Direct and support Personal Support Workers effectively

• Liaise promptly with physicians for any resident changes

• Actively participate in shift reports for smooth operations

• Ensure adherence to Age Care policies in resident care

Requirements:

• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses

• Familiarity with long-term care legislation and best practices

• Background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• A strong commitment to quality patient care
