Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses on policies and procedures
• Oversee Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
• Report significant resident status changes to physicians
• Conduct thorough shift reports with team members
• Build relationships with healthcare partners for optimal care
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Familiarity with health-related legislation and acts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
