As an RPN, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality nursing services within our communities. Collaborate with Registered Nurses, ensure adherence to regulations, and address residents' changing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with RNs in implementing nursing policies

• Assist in revising health care procedures for resident care

• Notify physicians about changes in residents' conditions

• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers as needed

• Participate in shift reports on resident status updates
Requirements:

• Experienced in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Commitment to enhancing resident quality of life
