Key Responsibilities:

• Lead nursing coordination within the care team

• Conduct thorough shift reports for effective collaboration

• Record vital changes in resident health accurately

• Implement physician orders as per protocols

• Address any issues in order processing promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Familiarity with nursing legislation and standards

• Good standing registration with provincial nursing authority

• Previous experience in geriatric nursing required

• Strong commitment to individualized resident care
