You will record and communicate changes in residents' conditions, ensuring adherence to all relevant nursing standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services and ensure seamless communication
• Lead shift reports with the health care team
• Document residents’ health changes meticulously
• Process and implement physician orders immediately
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• In-depth knowledge of health regulations and acts
• Registration in good standing with provincial nursing registry
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing
