Key Responsibilities:
• Implement policies effectively with the Registered Nurse
• Update physicians on significant resident status changes
• Collaborate with teams to meet residents' diverse needs
• Lead Personal Support Workers in best care practices
• Contribute to shift reports for effective teamwork
Requirements:
• Background in long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare regulatory framework
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Compliance with standards of practice
• Ability to foster teamwork in a diverse environment
