Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily presence on the manufacturing floor

• Lead Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings

• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments

• Participate in safety walks for continuous improvement

• Oversee WSIB reporting and contractor safety compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Health & Safety experience

• JHSC Certification Levels 1 & 2

• Strong knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation

• Proven experience in incident investigations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
