Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify compliance of product labels and documents

• Consult with CFIA on regulatory clarifications under supervision

• Monitor changes in food laws and advise staff on implications

• Discuss defective goods with staff and determine corrective actions

• Participate in CFIA inspections and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Foods & Nutrition or related fields

• Experience in food safety or quality assurance preferred

• Knowledge of Canadian food regulations is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Attention to detail with strong communication skills
