Royal Canin Pet Ambassador – EVENT

Overview

This is a one‑off event happening on Saturday, March 28, 2026. The role is 9 hours in total: 3 hours of training, 1 hour of a pre‑event team call, and 5 hours in‑store on the event day. There may be future Pet Ambassador opportunities through Royal Canin.

There is also an opportunity to win an extra $200 in a photo contest – 20 winners will be selected.

We offer a flexible schedule to represent a prominent pet client, increase brand awareness, and elevate sales. Join our elite Pet Ambassador team in a fun, pet‑driven environment.

• Tidy and face client's products on shelves and ensure authorized POS material is set up to help pet parents find what they need.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
• Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge (including benefits and promotions) to increase recommendations and sales.
• Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging with pet parents and their pets in‑store and at events.
• Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
• Set up demos and displays as required.
• Maintain and leverage client's provided material, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.
• Support recommendation‑driving special projects as required.

• Pet enthusiast who cares about pet health and nutrition.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in the area.

• Access to a smart device for reporting.
• Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
• RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
