Become a pivotal player in retail management as a Corporate Store Manager at Bulk Barn. Focus on optimizing store performance and enhancing the customer experience at over 300 locations across Canada.
In this role, you will partner with the District Manager to uphold operational standards and profitability targets while ensuring a positive shopping atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include training staff, conducting performance assessments, and leading the store to achieve revenue goals, while addressing any performance issues swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Drive team performance to meet revenue and satisfaction goals
• Oversee staff hiring, training, and development
• Address and resolve customer service issues
• Maintain high standards for store visual merchandising
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Demonstrated people management capabilities
• Experience in food retail preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills in customer service
• Must be able to lift 50lbs when necessary
