Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with District Manager for operational oversight
• Lead initiatives for store revenue and customer satisfaction
• Implement effective hiring and team training strategies
• Engage with customers to resolve issues proactively
• Uphold exceptional visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of retail management experience required
• Experience supervising staff is essential
• Previous food retail experience is a plus
• Strong ability to resolve customer concerns
• Capable of lifting 50lbs, as required
