Key Responsibilities:

• Coach department staff on food passion and customer service

• Oversee financial targets and department budget management

• Create an engaging shopping experience for all customers

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Develop staff through selection and performance management

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of retail experience, meat preferred

• High School Diploma required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
