CNSS Security is a high‑profile security company providing top‑quality protection services. Working closely with our shift team leader, our staff is responsible for maintaining a secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors of numerous high‑value clients and their property. As a CNSS member, you will respond to security, fire, and personal safety‑related issues in accordance with current legislation and established CNSS site policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the applicable policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as applied to various locations throughout the sites.
• Knowledge and understanding of post orders to assume full responsibility for the area assigned.
• Knowledge and understanding of site emergency procedures manual and the security guard's procedure manuals.
• Security Guard duties assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Able to pass the criminal record check.
• Emergency First Aid Level C and CPR certificate.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Experience would be preferred; however onsite training will be available.
• Able to maintain log sheets and write down all incident reports.
• Two‑year security experience.
• Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing. Multilingual would be an asset.
• A successful candidate must be having a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work between 5 and 12‑hour shifts.
• Handcuff & Baton certification Preferred.
• Excellent health and physical condition (Be prepared to pass a physical exam).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Security & Customer Service experience is a definite asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods lity to exercise sound judgment and multi task is required.
• Ability to effectively generate all relevant shift reports and distribute effectively in a timely manner.
