Weekend Security Concierge

Become a key contributor at First Service Residential as a Weekend Security Concierge in Aurora, Ontario. Engage with residents by providing assistance and ensuring safety within the property.

In this part-time role, you will work every Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Your responsibilities will include answering resident inquiries, managing access for vendors, and maintaining security protocols while delivering exceptional customer service. Attention to detail is crucial as you perform routine patrols and follow safety procedures consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents by providing information and direction

• Manage and screen messages effectively

• Enforce safety and access control within the premises

• Perform routine property inspections and patrols

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle pressure calmly

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs
