Pay Rate: $41-$45per hour (based on experience) + overtime pay plus $3000 signing bonus

Key Responsibilities: 310T Truck and Coach Technician
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a fleet of school buses and related equipment.
Perform regular preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
Accurately document all work completed and communicate findings with the maintenance team.
Use proper tools and safety practices to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Stay current with new technology and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications: 310T Truck and Coach Technician
Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (required)
Experience with fleet maintenance and mechanical repairs
Solid understanding of tools, diagnostic equipment, and commercial vehicle standards
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
