Join Kinark as a Child and Youth Worker in Ontario, where you will engage directly with clients facing mental health challenges. This role emphasizes building therapeutic relationships and fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a safe, therapeutic setting for clients
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and families
• Demonstrate positive problem-solving skills
• Oversee client behaviors in a supportive manner
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Work with at least one year of experience
• Standard First Aid/CPR Level C certification
• Training in Understanding Aggressive Behaviour
• Competent report-writing and communication abilities
• Valid Ontario driver's license and clear Criminal Record Check
