As a full-time Social Worker, you will engage with clients to provide personalized guidance promoting emotional wellness and housing stability. With at least four years of experience, your role includes trauma assessment, empowerment plan development, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client caseload according to program standards
• Identify and address signs of trauma in clients
• Collaboratively develop empowerment and termination plans
• Link clients to essential community services
• Document assessments, interventions, and client needs
Requirements:
• B.S.W. with 4+ years or M.S.W. with 2+ years’ experience
• Current OCSWSSW registration in good standing
• Preferred second language reflecting local community
• Knowledge of mental health and legal principles
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required
