On the Aurora engineering team, you'll tackle challenges in developing scalable and high-performance database services. Your contributions will allow for significant enhancements in database systems under the Aurora Global Database project. Engagement with customers and stakeholders is essential for ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver impactful software features and enhancements
• Work with clients to understand needs and deliver solutions
• Design new functionalities in database software
• Resolve customer issues to elevate service levels
• Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Expertise in at least one programming language
• Experience in software design and architecture
• Proven track record as a mentor or team lead
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related expertise
