• In office schedule:
  Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm
• Pay: $23-$27/hr

• Requesting and processing permits for customer jobs from local agencies
• Communicating regularly with field staff regarding permit status
• Schedule inspections through the city and coordinate permit process between customers and agencies
• Act as a backup for other administrative roles on the team
• All other duties as assigned to support the administrative needs of the business

• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience with contract licensing, backflows, rebates and jurisdictional knowledge
• Knowledge of municipalities and electrical permitting knowledge is a plus
• 1+ year of administrative or related experience
• High attention to detail and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
• Excellent organizational skills
