The School of American Education at Sunway University is seeking a Senior Executive - Administration to oversee program operations, student and faculty support, data management, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient program delivery, compliance, and engagement while managing school communications and events.
General Duties1. Program Coordination & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of academic programs, ensuringsmooth and efficient delivery.
- Maintain student records, track academic progress, and assist withenrolment, registration, and graduation processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academicadvising, course selection, and related administrative matters.
- Assist with course materials, scheduling, and assessment coordination.
- Address student concerns and elevate issues to the appropriatedepartment when needed.
- Facilitate orientation sessions, workshops, and student engagementactivities related to the academic program.
- Placement support for transferring students.
- Maintain accurate student enrolment, retention, and alumni data (SAEStudent Transfer Database).
- Prepare reports and analysis for program review, accreditation, and strategic planning.
- Administer School's social media accounts
- Organise meetings, faculty workshops, and program-related events.
- Maintain programme-related documentation, including handbooks,policies, and course outlines.
- Provide administrative assistance for program advisory boards and schoolcommittees
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support students,staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media.
- Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and track program performance.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
