Growth Assistant is looking for a Marketing Project Management Assistant for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will coordinate end-to-end execution of automotive trade shows across the US and Canada, including vendor management, sponsorship submissions, travel arrangements, and pre-event marketing initiatives. Collaborated with marketing, sales, and Rev Ops teams to generate leads, schedule meetings, track event KPIs, and maintain accurate data in Hub Spot CRM.

• Hands-on day-to-day operations for reporting, project management, stakeholder management, data entry
• Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and stakeholder management
• Weekly metric reporting and data quality assurance on data and reporting before presenting and sharing to stakeholders ensuring accurate numbers and presentable slides
• Provide ad hoc support

• Experience working in excel
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to navigate some ambiguity as projects develop
• Proactive mindset
