As an Exceptional Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our service customers. Your role is to ensure every customer has a great experience, from scheduling appointments to explaining repairs and services.

• Maintain proactive and timely communications with clients and team members.
• Prepare for client service with a pre-write process to document client needs in advance of their arrival.
• Present service recommendations and service menu mileage offerings to 100% of qualified clients.
• Fully utilize digital systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Aim to achieve a world-class customer experience with a customer satisfaction score greater than 90%.
• Generate sales of more than 2.25 hours per repair order to meet client needs.
• Be an outstanding team member and provide excellent client service.

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and enjoy working around automobiles and great people.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and selling skills with a strong understanding of automotive systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be a non-drug user. We conduct hair follicle drug tests and maintain a drug-free workplace.

• Paid 5 percent of service labor gross and parts gross on tickets written.
• Responsible for not having excessive discounting or policy expenses.
• Work for a Bozarth-owned dealership with a 56-bay shop.
• Enjoy a newly remodeled, climate-controlled service reception area with dedicated advisor work spaces.
• Utilize a 12-car inside customer service vehicle reception area for vehicle walk-arounds.
