Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain vehicle placement within assigned zones.
- Utilize operational dashboards and management direction to prioritize vehicle movement and staging activities.
- Ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles throughout the lot.
- Scan and stage vehicles using handheld devices to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Locate and recover misplaced or lost vehicles.
- Communicate operational priorities and support daily lot activities.
- Assist with sale day operations and lane support activities.
- Input accurate vehicle information into AS/400 and handheld systems.
- Affix stock number and barcode stickers to vehicles upon arrival.
- Inspect and report transportation damage.
- Remove personal information and customer belongings from vehicles.
- Clear navigation systems, saved destinations, Bluetooth pairings, call histories, and connected device information.
- Perform basic FIT tunnel maintenance and report equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist customers in locating vehicles and resolving routine questions.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED and related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld technology.
- Upon successful completion of training, the regular schedule will be Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pm.

- Fast-paced automotive auction environment.
- Frequent vehicle movement and interaction with customers, transporters, and operations personnel.
USD 16.63 - 24.90 per hour
CompensationHourly pay rate is in the range of $16.63 - $24.90/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
BenefitsEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
