• Supervise daily work activities of field crews and subcontractors on hospital-based construction projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Support the Superintendent in maintaining project schedules and enforcing deadlines.
• Conduct onsite safety checks, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Inspect work for quality control, ensuring all tasks meet project specifications and standards.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and training to field staff, mentoring newer team members.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress or issues to the Superintendent.
• Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and adherence to company protocols.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve field‑level challenges.

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in commercial construction (healthcare facility experience strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, including site work, MEP systems, and finish work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes, and project specifications.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to supervise multiple trades.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and dependable, with a commitment to safety and quality.
• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
