In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of complex commercial construction projects, with a primary focus on healthcare facilities. The Superintendent is responsible for driving schedules, enforcing safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and oversee daily onsite operations of commercial construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring work is completed to specifications.
• Conduct jobsite meetings with subcontractors and internal staff.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress with project management.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Resolve onsite challenges quickly and effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (healthcare project experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, including site work, MEP systems, and finish work.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, scopes, and submittals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and dependable, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
