Telecom Construction Manager

Lighthouse Technologies is seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects in Aurora, Colorado
.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the local construction environment, established relationships with City of Aurora officials, and the ability to manage projects independently from permitting through final closeout.

• Oversee daily FTTH/OSP construction operations, contractor performance, safety, and quality
• Coordinate with City of Aurora officials, inspectors, utility representatives, and clients
• Manage permits, utility locates, schedules, materials, and crew assignments
• Monitor production, project budgets, and subcontractor costs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, construction specifications, and local regulations
• Track project progress, reporting, redlines, as-builts, and closeout documentation

• 5+ years of telecom or utility construction experience in Aurora, Colorado
• Established working relationships with City of Aurora permitting and inspection departments
• Proven experience managing FTTH/OSP projects, crews, and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of local permitting, right-of-way, utility coordination, and restoration requirements
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet MVR requirements
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
