College Counseling Director As our College Counseling Director, you will help lead college counseling efforts and matriculation strategies at your site, so that students from underserved communities can successfully navigate the college admissions process and pursue higher education. Day to day, you will:
Lead goal-setting processes with the site’s college counseling team to develop a strategic plan for matriculation and college readiness. Oversee the management of scholar caseloads, including assigning juniors and seniors to team members and directly counseling a caseload yourself. You will also provide individualized college advising to a caseload of scholars, guiding them through the complex process of preparing for, applying to, and enrolling in and matriculating to college and a commitment to co-creating an integrated, scholar-centered experience in partnership with site teams and families.
