Position: Music School Administrator - Aurora, CO

Job Description

Neighborhood Music School is seeking a fun and professional full-time or part-time staff member to help administer our Aurora, CO music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The desired time commitment for this position is 20-30 hours per week (part time) or 30-40 hours per week (full time), Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. General hours are between 11:30am and 9:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Registering new clients
  • Client scheduling
  • Client billing
  • Teacher scheduling
  • Front desk reception, including handling emails, phone calls, text messages, and speaking with walk-in clients

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset and strong admin skills. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available to all employees, as well as PTO.
