Senior System Engineer – Security Clearance

Aurora, CO

Contract position with option to hire.

Active U.S. government issued security clearance required. US citizens only.

Pay: $75.00/hr - $85.00/hr (based on skills and experience).

Plan, implement, and manage the integration and testing of software and hardware subsystems. Own the team backlog, sprint, and PI execution. Establish test methods, develop test requirements, conduct integration tests, and write SI&T procedures and reports.

• Support execution of program test activities including test processes, baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation.
• Support regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baseline.
• Attend technical reviews and technical interchanges.
• Oversee Integration and Test team.
• Develop and execute test procedures.
• Identify technical issues during software integration and collaborate with engineers to drive solutions to closure.

• BA Degree.
• Experience with Agile and/or Dev Sec Ops  development methods.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in systems engineering, integration, and test.
