Base pay range: $110,000 – $140,000

At NASK, we’re growing, building great teams, and doing exciting work. As a DSP Engineer, you will provide state‑of‑the‑art capabilities to the DOD and IC. You should have a strong DSP background with a proven history of developing and maturing advanced algorithm solutions from proof‑of‑concept to operational systems, experience working on real‑time Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems, and an extensive software development background.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience developing engineering solutions to collect, process, and exploit RF signals
• Extensive knowledge of communications and/or radar signal processing techniques, including detection, estimation, matched filtering, waveform design, and feature extraction
• Proficient in C/C++
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Systems development experience within the Intelligence and Defense communities
• Familiarity with Code Management (e.g. Git)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B.S. or higher (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SDR
• Python, MATLAB, Octave
• Geolocation theory and techniques
• Working in complex RF environments
• Knowledge of multi‑threaded signal processing algorithms in Python/C++ on Linux hosts
• Comfortable working in distributed team environments
• Security Clearance:
  Active TS/SCI w/poly

Compensation:

The salary range is $110,000 to $140,000; however, NASK Incorporated considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and responsibilities, work experience, education, training, certifications, geographic location, and market data. These are general guidelines and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
