JOB TITLE: INTEGRATION & TEST ENGINEER

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Keyboard integration engineering experience on a government software development contract
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving software system execution issues
• Experience with systems engineering principles and practices

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will plan and perform integration activities involving complex software and hardware subsystems, resolving any conflicts that arise. You will contribute to a sophisticated program by developing integration methods and techniques, writing procedures and test sequences, and preparing detailed reports.
You’ll conduct tests using a comprehensive understanding of these subsystems, drawing on broad experience in integration engineering and related software and hardware principles to ensure test validity and integrity. This work includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define language, database, and simulation requirements, as well as applying effective configuration‑management practices.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute integration sequences
• Identify technical issues during integration, collaborate with engineering teams to determine root causes, and drive them to closure
• Coordinate daily with internal and external stakeholders
• Work within an Agile program environment
• Work in a classified lab on‑site in Aurora, Colorado

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

• Experience with systems engineering principles and activities
• Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment
