Systems Engineer

As a Software Systems Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to research, architect, model, simulate, test, certify, and enhance cutting‑edge products and services. You will develop complex system architectures within contextual modeling platforms, guiding them from operational concepts through preliminary and detailed design, simulation, and testing using advanced tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of software practices and terminology, and possess the ability to raise pertinent questions to ensure successful task completion.

You should be innovative, technically adept, and possess excellent communication skills, with a desire to influence the organization’s direction and contribute significantly to its success.

• Research and architect complex systems.
• Model, simulate, test, and certify products and services.
• Develop system architectures within contextual modeling platforms.
• Guide systems from operational concept through design, simulation, and testing.
• Identify and raise pertinent questions to ensure task success.

• Proficiency in MBSE and software architecture.
• Experience with interface control documents and requirements management.
• Advanced experience with system modeling tools such as CAMEO.
• Experience in software architecture and developing interface control documents.
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• Ability to administer baseline definition and maturation in complex settings.
• Exposure to Technical Performance Measurements (TPM), DOORS, No
  
  Magic, MATLAB.
• Knowledge of INCOSE standards.

• Experience or certification in INCOSE standards.
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• Familiarity with high impact trade studies.

Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay range: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour.
