The Project Manager is responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of medium to large-scale electrical utility construction projects. This role oversees all phases of execution — from planning and scheduling to financial performance, documentation, and client coordination — while supporting field operations and strengthening customer relationships across multiple projects.

• Lead the full lifecycle of transmission, distribution, or substation construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project objectives
• Track project costs, productivity, and materials to ensure profitability
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project closeouts
• Enforce safety policies, quality standards, and environmental requirements
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
• Prepare progress reports and financial updates for leadership
• Support estimating, bidding, and business development initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical utility or heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of transmission, distribution, or substation construction
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule targets
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, integrity, quality, and service

$140,000 - $200,000 per year
