Shipper, Financial Consultant

Compensation: $20hr plus Production Bonus

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join our Shipping Team. This role is responsible for the final quality‑control review and electronic delivery of closed mortgage files to investors. You will ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within strict deadlines.

• Proficiency with Byte LOS or similar mortgage software.
• Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac delivery systems.
• Strong understanding of mortgage disclosure compliance.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a high‑volume environment.
• High school Diploma or GED.
• 1‑2 years mortgage experience.

• Perform quality‑control review of closed mortgage files and ship the file electronically to investor, ensuring the proper stacking order.
• Identify document/data exceptions/errors.
• Resolve all discrepancies within required time frames.
• Ensure that initial disclosure, loan estimate, initial closing disclosure and final closing disclosure are complete in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Reviews all executed closing documents to ensure closing documents were properly signed and notarized by all required parties of the transaction.
• Complete ULDD data points in Byte.
• Run ULDD findings through both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac sites.
• Submit ULDD to Fannie Mae for early check.
• Export ULDD to Freddie Mac.
• Daily follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain a pipeline of 50+ loans at various volume levels.
• Ensure the files are shipped before the lock expiration date.
• Minimum daily goal is 18 files to be audited and shipped per shipper.
• Local candidates only at this time.

  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm MST.
