Job SummaryProvides direct patient care to children, adolescents, and their families, including diagnostic evaluations and evidence‑based individual, family, and group therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans and engage in ongoing treatment monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal and external providers to coordinate treatment plans and progress.
- Maintain timely communication with team members, supervisors, and divisional leadership.
- Supervise, teach, and mentor psychology trainees and consult with other mental‑health providers.
- Engage in program development, quality improvement, and research projects.
- Serve on committees, task forces, and/or work groups.
- Enter appropriate notes and charge captures that comply with state and federal standards in the medical record for all patients seen.
- Other duties as assigned.
Onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.

Minimum Qualifications
- 1–7 years of related clinical experience at rank or equivalent experience (depending on rank).
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or related degree.
- Colorado Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure.
- Significant prior experience in a psychiatric setting serving children and adolescents.
- Completed an APA‑approved PhD or PsyD program, including an APA‑approved internship.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience after completing a post‑doctoral fellowship in child and adolescent psychology clinical work.
