** Review and update patient records before face-to-face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up-to-date.
* ** Maintain Exam Rooms:
** Clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.
* ** Patient Preparation:
** Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid-level provider when they are ready to be seen.
* ** Initial Medical Screening:
** Greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.
* ** Assist During Exams:
** Support physicians or mid-level providers during patient examinations.
* ** Efficient Use of Time:
** Restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.

* Qualifications:

* ** Communication

Skills:

** Excellent ability to take medical histories, understand instructions, and document information accurately. High degree of diplomacy and tact.
* ** Technical

Skills:

** Beginner to intermediate computing and phone skills.
* ** Flexibility:
** Willingness to adapt to various job duties and cross-train within other departments.
* ** Multi-tasking:
