Position Overview

We are seeking an in‑person Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students in PreK‑12 schools. The role is 100% onsite in Aurora, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support students’ communication goals.
  • Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into sessions.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to facilitate optimal outcomes.
  • Document sessions, progress reports, and relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language needs.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience providing therapy in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology (preferred).
