- Develop a specialized treatment plan to help patients achieve as much recovery as possible through exercise, prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and team members; instruct families or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
- Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted OT license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
