This role provides occupational therapy services on a PRN basis in a long‑term acute care setting. Salary is based on experience and skill level.

• Develop a specialized treatment plan to help patients achieve as much recovery as possible through exercise, prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and team members; instruct families or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted OT license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
