Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. You’ll oversee the entire therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

$85 - $110 per hour

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review session notes, providing constructive feedback
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary

• BCBA Certification
• Proficient with various assessment methods
• Experience with Central Reach preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
• Passion for working with children and families
