• Manageable caseloads with BCBA-to-client ratios designed for quality supervision
• Dedicated time for caregiver meetings(predicted 2x/month) and treatment plan updates
• Central Reach platform for streamlined, tech-enabled ABA
• Leadership that values collaboration, transparency, and clinical excellence

• Serve as the State Clinical Director – Colorado, providing direct supervision and support to RBTs with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable client goals.
• Lead caregiver meetings to ensure family involvement and progress monitoring.
• Balance in-home and telehealth services across assigned cases.
• Maintain high standards of data collection and clinical documentation.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
• At least 1）的 year of experience as a BCBA (preferredекст).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with families and team members.
• Experience with both in-home and center-based services.
• Comfort with technology-based ABA tools.
• Must be able to relocate to Colorado prior to starting.
