Position: Physical Therapist-Up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Physical Therapist — Outpatient (Sign‑on Bonus $10,000)

Join Select Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist in our outpatient center in Aurora, CO. This role offers a base salary of $78,000 per year, a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000, and indefinite student‑loan assistance. dist.

Orthopedics, Concussion, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, Amputees, Industrial, Vestibular, FCEs, Ergonomics, POETs, Dry Needling, and more.

Schedule
:
Full time, 32+ hours per week

Compensation
: $78,000/year plus incentives

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an APTA‑accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid state physical‑therapy license/registration required to start.
  • Availability for 32+ hours flattened week with occasional early or late shifts.
  • Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift patients up to 50 lb using proper biomechanical techniques frequently.
  • Walk, bend, stand, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Visual acuity sufficient for patient assessment, diagnosis, and documentation.
  • Auditory and speech ability to comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Fine motor skills for charting, scheduling, and handling diagnostic tools.
