What You'll Do Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions

Work with patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, post-hospital illness, and other rehabilitation needs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients, families, and caregivers

Support safe discharge planning

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

To Be Successful In This Role Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibilityASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility

Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
