Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated support and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload gradually so you can build confidence and clinical depth at the same time. You will carry up toa
10-client caseload sized so you candoyour best work rather than just manage volume.

Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise and mentor your RBT team, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate directly with your multidisciplinary teamon shared clients. Documentation flexibility meansas long asyour job responsibilities are met,you can handle notes and indirect tasks fromhome,so your clinic time stays focused on what matters most: the kids and families you serve.

You'llhave access to:

• $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
• In-house CEU opportunities and ongoing clinical guidance built into how we operate

Compensation

New BCBAs receive a salary compensation range of $78,000–$82,000/year.

Plus, we have a monthly productivity bonus of up to $750 ($9,000 annually).

Sign-on bonus

Up to $10,000 in bonus pay.
